The Central Flows SharePoint’s XTP is a reusable template part which can give any form an immediate ability to have a workflow with email notifications and other features/components such as:
- 2FA or 2 Factor Authentication / Authy for security
- Lock Form to protect your document’s integrity and avoid overwriting over documents
- Auto Logout after being idle for 5 minutes (customizable)
- Refresh timer – to keep your page up to date (refresh queries, auto save, update/display time, etc.)
- Configurable workflows (via Config Form)
- Email notifications – Approval and Overdue notifications with links
- Dashboard – a separate form to quickly display of submitted forms and forms for approval with links
- Auto generate form links with optional anonymous access
- Verification strings – protects your form links from unauthorized access

- Out-of-box Flows and No Code
Aside from the features above, the Central Flows SharePoint’s XTP comes with a built-in header and footer, a History Log slider, and a Task Pane for the assignee and approval controls.
