This sample form demonstrates submitting data to multiple lists from a single form using the qRules SubmitToSharePointList command. Since this form uses SharePoint lists from my development environment, the mapping files and all the data connections would need to be updated to your SharePoint environment to succesfully run the form in preview. However, you can easily examine the basic logic in design mode.

This form has been injected with a trial version of qRules. If the trial has expired, you can re-inject with your own installed trial version. The qRules trial can be found here.
