Save the attached sample locally, right click and select design. Then you can preview and select the first date to populate the rest. Most fields have rules on them - so if a date in the middle gets changed, the rest update.

Okay, I only did the first section, and I set it to highlight instead of hide (so you can see how it would hide based on different day / time combos). Save the attached locally, right click and select design, then preview to try it. Since we need more than 5 conditions for hiding, I did use an expression for the last condition....

Greatly , greatly appreciated. That's why I love this forum that gives great results

So, the answer to my question is "yes"? Just want that clarified, I was trying to put together a sample for you.

Thank you so much for being so attentive to this board. a lot of us couldn't do our jobs effectively without you.
I will try this out.
Thank you,

Well my requirement to make it exactly as illustrated

You are setting it to the query field, not the data field - at least that is how it looks in your screenshot? We use query fields to pass in a query filter (limiting the data returned). Data fields are where the data is.

Thanks for bringing this back to my attention, I hadn't seen you attach the file! I'll take a look. :)

The end date isn't really just adding to the year in your screenshot, tho.... it is less one day. So if start date was 11/1/2015, would end date be 10/31/2016?

Try to add next year and coordinating day for Start And End date fields.I have tried Add Days but it always adds or subtract days. I need it to be like in my screenshot.
I assume I would use substring or something but do not understand the formulas.
So whatever the anticipating date is then it will populate the Start and End dates .
