This just seems so unwieldy. I took another look at it, and it seems like with this approach you are going to end up with a TON of these sections. Wouldn't it be easier to have this info in a secondary data source, and just have a rule to hide rows that don't apply?

UGH so not real fix? I did not realize there was a limitation that is why me screenshot did not show all fields

I hadn't realized based on your initial screenshot that you would have enough fields being set to run into this. You may have to put all the rules on your first field instead of on each field, which means if someone changes a date in the middle, they'd have to manually adjust the other dates.

I see. So based on just time and day, many sections might show, but if you select the airport, only one section would show? I can try to take another whack at it - it will be later today.

I can't do a blanket hiding of a section based on airport alone, because there are some situations where Desmond may have to respond to Madison because it's before Craig's shift starts, etc. So I was hoping to have the airport selection be the ultimate tie breaker. For instance, noon on ...

I included airport in the formatting on the first section?

Thanks for the reply, Hilary. Do you have any idea how I could make it select the correct person(based on a sort of tiebreaker based on airport selected) that would choose the correct person if their days off and times work intersect.
For example, a call is placed on Thursday at 1200 in Milwaukee. The days off and shifts ...
