Thanks Hilary, that does make sense setting Rule on Form Load. I've done that and set the value to DisplayName and to Created By but I'm not getting anything returned?

Hopefully the last few queries before this project is launched, people have been great so far.
I need to use the people picker to send emails to whoever is chosen.
However I cannot find a way to automatically send them to the names that are chosen, I have tried a SOAP connection and this just kept throwing errors.

So I have a form that has 4 questions with a yes or no answer. If a question is answered as yes, a sub question asking for detail will appear.

So if you pick the group using the people picker, the form saves, but when you populate the fields using rules it fails? If that's the case, I'd put a repeating table on the form bound to the people picker repeating group so you can see the values being set when you use the people picker vs. your rules.
