everything is in the same timezone. but the strange thing is it is working fine on my development environment and only problem is coming on the production server. hence i verified on the production server timezone and date time setting everything is fine. but the today date is not getting populating.

Try using a repeating table, it does everything you described sans a button. But a flap below the repeating table will be used to add, insert, or delete tasks needed. You can edit the label of the flap to anything you want e.g. Add Task.

I created this InfoPath form that is linked to SharePoint. The form works great and is usually succesful but once in awhile, if there are too many characters/words on this one text box, It gives me an error message (with no details??). I can put as many words/characters in every other text box, its just this one and I cant seem to find anything ...

I'm using SQL 2008. It isn't time specific.
What I'm needing in other words is, if at any given moment the query is run, if it is 356 days or less from the "closed date" value to now(), pull the result. I'm new to this language so please forgive me.

To the best of my knowledge, it's only possible to change other fields' values once a field has lost focus (i.e., by tabbing or clicking out, etc.). Even the BeforeChange and Changing events run after a control loses focus.
