Within Infopath I am having formatting issues where entered text appears differently in a Rich Text Field between a field that is marked read/write and one that is marked read only.

I can't think of a way to do this - I'm not sure how to get ShP to not include Submitted by. I did a search (and maybe you have found and tried this already) and found this blog post - maybe give it a try? If you do try it - would you post back and let me know if it worked?

I'd think in your code, you'd use the Rowid variable like this:

So - what will have changed in the form when the evaluator returns the document? That is - are there fields the evaluator changes that need to be reset to their orginal values? It seems like something that could be done w/ rules but I'd need a bit more info to make suggestions.

Is this in InfoPath Filler or in the browser? Maybe on the machines that are not working as anticipated, try a form that shows the value of now() - the XML value, not formatted, and see if the result is what you anticipate.
