I have a list, we'll call ITSR.
On the form for this list, I want to have a choice field or drop down field. Based on the choice that is chosen, I would like another "comment"(Multi-line text field) to appear.

User role order is: 1. Supervisor*, 2. HR, 3. Everyone
* Supervisor is set to default and initiator
Form Option Rules on Open behavior is if User's current role is equal to "Everyone" Switch to view: AccessDenied

We figured out what was causing the error. The limit set by our administrator was at default. I enabled to many columns in the connection and it didn't like it.
