Hi Patrick, a validation rule makes sense, but HOW exactly would you do it? What are the settings for ensuring people enter in TWO numbers in the box? I've read that a pattern might do it but I've never used patterns before so I'm clueless on how to make this happen.

Update/solution: I revised my approach and instead put a rule on field1 that sets the value of field3 when field2 > 1000. Removed condition on field3 to hide. Works like a charm!

I'd like to populate a form with the requestor info including phone, email, and title/department.
