You need to delete any blank lines in the choice group. Also you can delete any blank lines in the Choice Sections as well. The group will resize to only hold one section (as long as there aren't any blank lines in it).

I was sort of thinking along the lines of having a set of option buttons for the user, then displaying the correct section based on the option selected. So they wouldn't be using the insert menu / choice group style formatting at all....

I am creating a questionaire and one question has between 1 and 12 possible answers (yes/no checkboxes). the next question should display if the users check at least one of the checkboxes but remain hidden if they don't. I have the optional question in a section, but the conditional formating only allows for 5 OR statements. Any ideas on how ...

Hey everyone,
We're trying to setup a form so that it can
allow a user to attach a file that is actually a multiple page fax
converted to an image format (.TIF). Currently, we can only attach images if
the file contains ONE image only. Patrick Halstead got back to me yesterday on similar post (Thanks Patrick!), but I ...

Hilary,
Would you know how to format the Choice groups? I have a choice group with 2 choices and it works fine, but there is a lot of white space left unused by the choice group. I have no way of resizing it and quite honestly, it's annoying. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

By any chance are those fields in a repeating field of some sort, or are they all separate fields throughout the data source. Could you post your formula in its current form?
When you added the XML file, did you leave the option "Embed this as a resource file" or something like that checked, ...

That was my first thought as well, and I swear to you I tried it 10 different ways, but it never worked. I thought I would try it one more time after reading your reply. Everything works fine now, I don’t know why. It shouldn’t, I didn’t do anything I haven’t tried a half dozen times before. With this last problem fixed, my form is now finished, ...

So a while back I published my form template, enable to be filled out in a browser to a sharepoint document library. The information in the form as well as the form itself is submitted to specific columns in the document library.
I tend to make a lot of changes to the form and re-publish the form a lot. I have done this hundreds of times, and I ...

Ok, so I don't know what you did that tried to open a code block, but when you create the button, all you do is double-click it then click on "Rules." Don't do anything to it that has to do with code.
I think what has happened as a result of that mishap is that the form now includes code, so you need to remove it by going ...
