I've deleted some rules that used to be part of the form. I noticed, when I reviewed the logic inspector, that the Rules are still there.
I had saved the form prior to viewing the logic inspector and although the rule have been deleted through Infopath, they still appear in the logic inspector.

As follow, when doing the part for conditional format, it only allow me to choose 'Hide This Control' only. No disable the control option for me to choose as i wish to disable instead to hide when the boolean is true.

One thing you can do here is set the view name into a field or secondary field every time when the view is witched. Add the conditional formatting using this field.

Get the total number of forms in that library using Getlistitems data connection, which is explained in below link. After getting the total number add that value to 22333000 ( the initial number) +1
