Hi,

I have created a set of radio button in my form. Please refer to the file attached [radiobutton.jpg].

After allow user make a selection on the radio button and updated the forms, i wish to set the radio buttons as read-only when user re-visit the form. How can i set as read-only?

 Currently, user is able to edit on the button after first selection had been updated on the form. I have try to add conditional formatting on the radio button, but it seem only this option is available : 'Disable this control'. As i want to retain user selected option on the radio button and not allow editable when re-visit the form, using this function 'Disable this control', user is not able to edit the radio button but user selected option is not display.

 Do you have any idea how to control the radio button as read-only with showing the first selected result on the form?

 Please help.

Hi,

Add a Boolean field to schema with default value false. Add an open rule to the form to set this field value to true when the radio button value is not blank. Add conditional format using this Boolean field as if Boolean field is equal to true then disable the control.

Hi,

As follow, when doing the part for conditional format, it only allow me to choose 'Hide This Control' only. No disable the control option for me to choose as i wish to disable instead to hide when the boolean is true.
