I've got a browser-based form that I'm publishing as a template in a document library. Seems like every time I publish, it overwrites the file (as it should), so there's no version history. Is there any way to keep a version history?

Add a Boolean field to schema with default value false. Add an open rule to the form to set this field value to true when the radio button value is not blank. Add conditional format using this Boolean field as if Boolean field is equal to true then disable the control.
