I am using a data connection which sends messages to e-mail receipients in To, Cc. I don't want the form data or template to be included in my e-mail body but only my static text.

After changing theme for SharePoint, i would like to change the background colour for the bar as from the file attached?
May i know how to change the background colour? At which CSS class should i do the changes? Coz i have try to look for the changes in THEME.CSS and i still failed to look for the class.

In the design form, the gap between TABLE 1 & TABLE 2 [DESIGN MODE PICTURE] are look nice and fine but when i publish to SharePoint, there is a wide gap between TABLE 1 & TABLE 2 [PUBLISH MODE IN SHAREPOINT PICTURE] as shown in the file attachement.
