Hi,

I have created two forms. First form is used to display user entered entries data and the second form is used for user data entries. In the second form, there is a radio button control for user selection. Please refer to file attached.

Now, in the first form there is the same radio button control (as exactly in second form) in use with the purpose to show the user selected selection from the 2nd form as read only. Whatever user selected for the option on the radio button in the second form, it must be reflect the same and as read only when user view on the 1st form. 

How can i achieve that? Can the data being pass between 2 forms for the radio button control?

I have a question here. What is the relation between those two forms? Is the second form created from first form?

Both forms design are the same. the second form is used for user data entries where all the fields are using text-box controls and radio button controls. And the first forms is to capture user data entries that they had entered on the 2nd form as a viewing forms and all the fields are using expression controls.

Here is the flow :

[1] On the Sharepoint web browser, user will click on a link 'Create a Request' (which is 2nd form) to key in their request details and will choose an option on the radio button. Then they will click on a confirm button and the details will be save.

[2] User will need to check back what details they have entered, so they will click on a link 'My Request' (which is 1st form) to view their request details. This form which using expression box control for all the fields will be display the user entered details except on the radio button selection, i'm encounter no user selection option display.

As checked with my internal developer, they told me option selected from the radio button cannot be pass into another form to be display in the radio button design as well. It can only be pass from radio button option selection to a field of expression control between the forms. Please correct if it is wrong. My design in both forms must be the same. This is why i must show user request details for the radio button option selection in the 1st form to be the same from the 2nd form.

Please advice.
