Well it clearly mentions that you dont have access to the specified list, try giving read permissions to the specified list and see if it still occurs

hi, Infopath can be used for majority of office work, it depends on how much do you want to automate. Before moving on to infopath, you should first of all decide what all you think will infopath be used in your organisation. What backend do you intend to use to store data.

 I am having the same problem only with repeating section and checkboxes although my form is not web based.  I have a data source I have imported from SQL table and then I created fields for my checkboxes.  When I generate form each repeating section/checkbox has all answers displayed, i.e. Question 1 is answered "Yes" one ...

 Hey Hilary,  I very much appreciate the help, but the formula doesn't work.  When I test the form with this formula, the "To:" field comes up blank.  Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.  Thanks again.

I now have the check boxes populating the repeating section, but now each set of boxes are displaying all answers, meaning if I asked the question "did you pass the exam?" twice and answered yes to one question and no to the other then both repeating sections have both Yes/No boxes checked.  Any suggestions to fix this?

The expression in the secondary data source will evaluate against all data sources, but mostly primary from what I understand. Are there any script examples of this being done or suggested methods for me to get started on?
