Thanks for your quick reply but unfortunately we already have MOSS 2007. I will have to verify with our IT department if our MOSS 2007 environment is up to date. For now I have versioning enable so at least our users do have to start the form from scratch again. I will have to do some more investigating.

I am trying to insert data into sql table using Infopath 2007. Can I use composite keys in database? As soon as I create composite key and refresh connection in Infopath, submit is disabled. Does anyone have some expirince about this problem.

did u check whether the text field is getting populated with the username of admin? When u open a new form,it will fetch the usernam that u can select as function in infoapth form.But when u submit the form text field value will have the value of the username of the user.This may be the cause of ur Admin view not showing ...

Krishna, I thought you would have set the rules on opening of the form to do so.
well to set the rule on the opening of the form go to tools-> form options -> open and save-> rules
add a rule there to switch your view based on the value in the textbox

How you are submitting the InfoPath form to SharePoint Library? Using InfoPath data connection or using any code to submit the form? Check once the data connection might be changed?
How you are displaying the alert message? Are you checking any condition like form is submitted or not to display alert message?
