That's because Forms Services URLs are much different than the file URLs. It works when clicking on it from the form library, because the form library knows to open it in Forms Services. However, a directl link to the XML file in email doesn't know what to do.

I have a form published to SharePoint. When I try to open it, it actually copies the file to my temporary internet file folder and gives me a form conflict message! I clear the temporary files, and it just does it again - every time I open the form from SharePoint. This just started - any idea how to fix?

How can I give different views of an InfoPath browser compatible forms based on user role. i.e., when a person fills out a form, he will get a set of form controls and form approver will get different set of form controls.

Actually Printing Multiple views is not an issue for me. Using the Print Multiple Views under the view settings worked quite well.
Really what I am trying to accomplish is that the Default view needs to print as Legal and the three remaining views need to print as letter.

Thanks Jimmy, I figured it was due to some sort of rounding issue but just don't know enough about code to be able to sort it out. This seems to have fixed the problem.

You're certainly right. This is due to small roundoff errors in floating point arithmetic causing 150.98 * 100 to produce 15097.9999999998 instead of 15098. This should solve the problem:
Changevar hundredths = parseInt((num * 100 - parseInt(num) * 100));
to var hundredths = Math.floor(num * 100 + 0.1) - ...
