Hi Jen,
Is it possible that you didn't change the data connection to use the SharePoint server machine and that you're still using LocalHost or something like that? If so, try updating the data connection Web Service to use the new server location and republish your XSN. Good luck!

I want to send out the form I created to the sales people so they can use it direct from Outlook. I know this can be done. What I am curious about is the best practice of this and what exactly to do. Any suggestions?

I made some forms with infopath and am starting them up with some sales people to use. Is there a way to create the print view so it will just print the fields of infomation they have filled out?
