Hi all!
At least I found a solution for my request #2. I've created an additional textfield and it's value is: format-number(SCI_TotalSCIPrice; "#,##0.00") . This creates the whished format and stores it as text, so we can use it afterwards in our emails.

All InfoPath forms have a PI (processing instructions) which will contain the href. Something like this:

Yes, and Yes. When I structure the form correctly, I can get the repeating table to show each of the deduction codes the employee has a record for. However, when I attempt to join the deduction description, it acts like there is no join.

Hi all!
My experience with InfoPath is very limited (both in 2007 and 2010) so I was wondering what would be best practice to hide certain fields based on a logged in user.
Ideally I would like to hide fields based on the logged in users group membership and I was wondering if there is a way to do this out of the box.

Unless I'm wrong, whenever you publish an InfoPath Form, it creates a new version/filename of the template.
Is there a way to have a permanent shortcut (e.g. on a SharePoint
Site) to the form that doesn't have to be changed after each publish?
