I have experienced this as well. It seems anytime a form opens with an error that the index out bounds error occurs when shutting the form. We are also using the Formsoft tool however it can easily be reproduced outside of Formfinder. Appears to be a Microsoft bug.

Hmmm.... not quite sure that would work. Font width has a bit to do with it. I just ran a quick test, and 59 M's (capital 'm') take up the same amount of space as 138 i's (small 'i').
