I need to separate out two sets of choices for the user in one drop down list.  By adding "Others" as a heading to the bottom half of the list works fine, but I cannot make it bold. I can change the formatting for all list boxes, or for just one, but not one single entry inside the list box. Any suggestions?

The only thing I can think of is doing an email solution, which gets later uploaded to SharePoint. For details, read this. Otherwise, just have users go to File > Save when they are offline, and have a SUBMIT button for when they are online.

Hi Folks, Is there a way to submit the data of an InfoPath form into a SharePoint Survey? I thought that surveys were just the same as SharePoint lists / document libraries so set up the submit the same, however that doesnt work, although it says that the document was submitted, nothing changes on the Survey. Hello Hilary and thanks for your quick response too. Yes that's correct conditional formatting on the control, it isn't being disabled when the fields are blank. All the controls are bound to each fields, it's working only if I select "field1 is blank or" and so on and I can only have 5 ...
