Hi Vanin,
This is exactly what I was looking and It is working excellent when you added the choices manually and enter the default values like 1, 2, and 3 in the ‘Default Values’ under ‘Data’ tab for each of the field that group.
But In my case, I am getting the data to dropdown from the SharePoint List.
Here rows are added absolutely fine as ...

yes, the form has some code, but all the users are in the same domain. I thought domain trust will be ok. because every sigle user havs to install the certificate for the full trust. which they don't like,

Here is (sort of) a solution. It works, but the problem is that InfoPath only allows a certain number of iterations to happen in the form rules. It seems that the difference between start and end can only be around 15 or 16. Anything larger and I get an error.
Maybe it helps you to dig deeper for a better solution, though I'm thinking ...

I just keep a history of XSNs locally, on my machine. I don't think SharePoint manages that internally. Then, if needed, you just republish the previous known good XSN.

Does your form have code? If it does, you might want to consider making the form full trust and signing it with a certificate.

What version of SharePoint is this? What version of InfoPath?
I can try for a repro based on those two additional pieces of information. Thanks.

Database templates have their schema created to match the database. The schema is locked, so you can't add/remove controls as desired. This would include the Person/Group Picker.
If you need a more customizable template, start with a blank form (not a database form) and use a web service to read/write from the database.
