You can either set up permissions in SharePoint to restrict visibility at the item level or you can restrict the view at the InfoPath level by checking who the user is. Add an action rule to your submit button that closes the form. Should be as simple as that!

You need an action rule on the status field that goes something like: when this field changes, if all occurences of Status is equal to Completed then set a field's value FinalStatus to Completed. Hope this helps!
