    Performance review with Infopath 2010

I have been tasked to develop performance review using Infopath in our Sharepoint site. Here are the requirements I find challenging: When a manager has created a form, the employee has to read and acknowledge. How do I make sure that no other employee can read someone else's form? I am not concerned about building the form and setting a three state workflow, privacy is the issue! Thanks

You can either set up permissions in SharePoint to restrict visibility at the item level or you can restrict the view at the InfoPath level by checking who the user is.  For the latter, you can utilize the userprofileservice and rules to determine whether the current user has the correct permissions to access the contents.  Hope this helps!
