I have a structure by users, where they are have integration with exchange (Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 and WebMail).
I need send a form created by InfoPath in the email body. This form gona be load by external service.
Too this form have a button (submit) where send information to the same external service.

I just tested this with a SharePoint 2007 list - in my case, looking at the XML output, the multi-line data is returned. Is the column in your default view? If not, add &Query=* to your URL and check the XML output again.

Is the form being opened in browser or filler? I'm wondering about the link in the workflow email - who is the form supposededly locked by when the user tries to open from the link?

Is the email sent from the form or from the workflow?

The only thing that comes to mind is that there was a schema change, and therefore the promoted properties are somehow broken. Then, once you open and resubmit the form, the form gets upgraded to the latest schema and the promoter properties are pushed out correctly.

It can be done within the InfoPath form itself, right? Simply have a field in the form called "DisableSubmit", boolean, False by default. When a new form is opened, this means Submit will be enabled. Then, when the user submits, have a rule (in the submit ...

Si es el propio formulario el que envia el correo, puedes tener reglas y condiciones para lograr lo que buscas.
Tu conexión para enviar email tendrá una variable (un campo, quizás llamado "Aprobador"). O sea, al definir la conexión que envia el email, el campo Para: será ese campo (Aprobador).
Luego, en tu formulario necesitarás ...

You can set up a dropdown to pull data from a secondary xml file, but you would still be adding all the years to that XML file.
Another option would be to make the year a field users type into.
