Hi,
I have created an infopath form and published it into Sharepoint 2010. It has nintex workflow published onto it. My workflow works fine and data is submitted fine.
There is just one problem I am having. I will ilustrate an example below to make me dictate this better;
"Student presses sumit to teacher on form in sharepoint. ............This results in an email being sent to the teacher to view form (the email contains the URL link where she can go back into the form).
Teacher checks the form..she can select two things out the drop down list..Approved or More detail Required. When shes selects "more detail required" an email is sent back to the student saying it was delined, please go back into the form etc.
Now when the student makes the changes, he selects the button send to teacher again and the form is closed".
The problem I am having here is that the email does not resend!
How my FORM & WORKFLOW is set for this section
Form;
Teachers name: (teachers name will be placed here)
Send to teacher: (drop down list: YES or NO)
(BUTTON - SEND TO TEACHER)
Approve: (drop down list: Approved or More Detail Required)
(Button - send back and close form)
Workflow;
When item is updated (send to teacher is Yes) - send email
When item is updated (approve is more detail required) send email.
