Hi DustBin111,
Are they using the default XPS export option to generate the PDF? If so, ask them to install the free Cute PDF printer and try using that. We have seen grey backgrounds for the out-of-box XPS PDF exporter but those issues go away when we use Cute PDF.
Not sure that will be your silver bullet, but it's worth a try since ...

Hi CraigN,
I'm a bit confused. Are you saying that your SharePoint list form has a repeating section in the main data source? As far as I know list forms don't support repeating structures.
Maybe you are referring to a secondary data source that has the repeating section. Changing the secondary data source won't edit the list, ...

Hi Yaseen,
InfoPath forms (both filler and browser) can send views in email without any code. For the filler, just add a submit data connection for email and walk through the dialog. For the browser, you'll need to configure outgoing emails for your SharePoint site.
To change the email body, etc. progammatically, you can write code. You ...

Hi Endless112. Thanks for posting!
What is "the traditional filter suggestion"?
You need to execute a query using data from your form. Out-of-box SQL data connections do not accept field parameters as part of the SQL query text. You could use a Web service that does it and pass the value to it. Qdabra's DBXL Web service has a Query ...

Hi JRicoRod and welcome!
Have you tried another machine? You can delete the cached credentials on that machine for the SP Site. I don't think it's related to the Excel template.

qRules does multiple repeating tables. We don't tend to support S.Y.M. Wongaton's site since there are numerous issues with the approaches she takes - in general, we don't recommend adding specific code to your forms since it will cost you more to maintain them.
That's why we recommend qRules. It's xpath agnostic which means ...

You can add a separate button for Close and Submit and hide the default buttons at the top (see file->form properties->...). To do printing on a custom button will require some code

Hi Shamisty,
Yes, you can do this. Do you want to make the number unique per form or per site/per library? If it's unique per form, it's easy. Just add a rule in your form that creates the number before submitting the form. You can use Concat function to create a REF ID in any desired format. If it's per library or site, ...

Hi Toni,
We did a webinar in January showing how to pull tasks into a form and change their values. No code required, but configuring the ShP stuff is a bit tricky. I'm not sure if the webinar shows how to create new tasks, but that should also be relatively straightforward. Check out Qdabra's YouTube channel for the webinar Jo-Anne ...
