How do I know when the trial has stopped working? I have trial version but was testing out before I buy but it seems like the commands are not executing nothing happens when I execute rule to Qrules.

Relatively new to InfoPath myself but I tried it and had the same results as you. My guess is that the reason that you don't get the option to configure a submit button to send the form back to a network folder is because you just as easily put it in a network folder by doing a "save as." Just my guess though.

Hi again thanks for your help

Using this method, users will have to navigate to the folder and select the form in order to fill it out. How the form is submitted depends on how you set up your submit options. You can set it to have the completed form distributed via email, to a SharePoint server etc. If you want to save it in a network folder, simply select save as.

Doesn't this method publish the form to enable users to access on the network drive
I want the form to be sent to the relevant users via email which is fine and this this working however when the submit button is selected I want to save it to a shared folder on our server so this can be monitored
Can this be done any ideas ?

3. Give it a name and select next.
4. In the next window, if users can ...

Hi guys
Fairly new to InfoPath. I've created a form with lots of Placeholder text, but unfortunately I've had to change my form from a filler to a browser form, which of course means all my placeholder text won't work now.
Are there any alternatives to placeholder? Screen tips aren't good enough as obviously the user has to ...
