I am trying to think of this using SharePoint or creating a form and publishing it in SharePoint.If I have a list of contacts and a separate list of products, how do I  know which product goes with which contact? In other words if I create a list (form) with all my contacts as column headings, how do I know which product goes under which ...

have you tried to format the date and then assign it to a holding variable, then use that variable in your text box control witht he other fields.

I am having trouble display the actual name of the item selected. All that is displayed is in the Calculated Value is a number. I have deleted the form and the list from SharePoint and created brand new ones. I have not had one issue so far. This is a pretty simple form. Took about 30 mins to put together.  Take a look and tell me what you think I could do different.

The form saves in Infopath. I believe this is a list of a form library. How can I verify that? My form settings are available in SharePoint.
