Hello,
We are using InfoPath 2007 at my company to create checklists which will need to be completed and saved as a PDF. At this time, we do not need to store any of the data received (as in submitting to a database). We are all new to this program and do not have a background in coding/programming.
This far, we have been able to create ...

Hi, Steve - I see in your template you do have the 2010 client DLL. But in the error message, it shows the 2013 DLL:
Could not load file or assembly ... Qdabra.Tools.RulesLibrary.Client2013.dll' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

I apologize if this question has been asked... it appears to me that a lot of similar subjects are broached, but none exactly like mine.
I have an InfoPath 2010 form published as a content type to an SP 2013 enterprise collection. I have a doc library that I previously added the content type to and set it as the default. Nearly all ...

Since we don't have the option of using message boxes in browser forms, you could use a calculated value for this - add a calculated value to the form with some text in it for the warning you wish to display, and conditionally format it to hide if the number field is >= 0.

As soon as an error occurs, you set a value to a field that triggers a rule that switches view to display the Alert message. You ...

The form will be viewed in a browser. The user enters a number into one field, clicks a few buttons, and when the number field falls below 0 I need them to know they need to check their work.

This does look like it may work.. I'll review it further.. Thanks!

Hi - this would have to be a filler form to display a dialog box - is that the case here? Or do your users fill out the form in a browser?
If filler, on the field that you are concerned about, add a rule with the condition that the field is less than 0, then display a message - you can enter whatever text you need. No code required.
