Oh gosh, I have seen this bug in InfoPath forms services before - is the repeating table on the form in more than one location? When I've seen this, it is because the repeating table is on the form more than one time, and the only thing I've found that resolves it is to only have the table on the form one time....

I'm going to guess it is the URL itself. I've found that I have to include some browser URL params in the link. Is the form published directly to the library? Or is it admin approved or a content type?
Take a look at the URL in the address bar when you open a new form or reopen an existing form in the library, then create a similar ...

InfoPath forms will not open in a browser when opened from a workflow link.
We are

Ok, so the data is showing true or false. The Contracts in the screenshot are both showing up in the drop-down when the corresponding vendor is selected. I changed the filter to Not Equal True but no luck. Sorry to be such ignorant on this one.

I'm just not too sharp today. I got it now!

The reason I'm suggesting this is so you know exactly what data is being returned to the form. By adding the data fields onto the form and previewing, you can see the values - but the checkbox control could be hiding something... like blank values.

I guess I'm not explaining well. Don't change your SharePoint list. Simply right click the Check Box in InfoPath and change to text. I'll post some screnshots in a minute.

Sorry, I missed that suggestion. The Deactivated field is coming from a SP list so I'll have to update it there with a Text box. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks!
