Hi Hilary,
Updating SeeGateNumber in the GateList is the part that is not working.
-
Right - you are going to have to copy the data from the secondary data source into your main data source. Code or qRules can do this - code that does this should be okay for use in the browser. Here's a link that may help you get started.

How are you updating the SeedGateNumber in the GateList? Is that piece still working? Sorry, just trying to understand what is broken. :)

So - if your column in SharePoint is a date time (don't be fooled by the option to display the data as a date only - the stored data is still date time), you'll generally see the data returned in the yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ss format. However, it looks like you are seeing something else, as you say your dropdown shows a different format. I ...

Maybe try using the client components?

I'm guessing this is a SharePoint List form? If so, and this is a lookup type in your list, you need to make sure you use the ID for the value in the drop down - that is what SharePoint expects.
Is the rule on the lkpLookup field? What is the comparison you are trying to create? You'll probably need to use a formula to return the ...

I'm guessing your code may have gotten cut off when you posted - can you try again, and maybe use IE for posting? Other browsers seem to cause formatting problems in posts. I generally use a foreach loop to go through repeating nodes - code samples can be found here.
