If you right click in that empty space and go to table properties. Make sure Row Height is set to "Automatically set row height".

Ok, so I have successfully created sections that hide, however, if you can open my previous form, I have been trying to eliminate the very large section "NewReUpdtRetrnTransf" but keep the Group intact. Hello - I have been looking to try and restrict editing on forms that I have created. I need to know that someone can't go into the designer and change the way these forms look. I don't care about encrypting the data or anything, I just strictly want to lock down the form for users to not be able to change anything in them.

Hello - I have created a browser available form (because not all users that are to fill it out have access to InfoPath) and I am trying to create a repeating table but am running into some issues with formatting. I've included a screenshot of my table so far.
