• Slow form

We are using a infopath form to have employees do their time cards. The form is pretty simple but has 3 data sources that look back to our SPS site for a list. A couple of these lists are big. The form (see http://www.bojik.com/Time-sheet.pdf) loads into infopath pretty quick but as the user adds new entry lines (see ...

  • Repeating table question

This one is a doozy! I have a repeating table with 2 fields(fieldA over fieldB)in the same row and column. I want to run data validation on these fields in subsequent rows. The data validation needs to be like this: the new rows of fieldA and FieldB cannot be equal to the inverse(fieldB over fieldA) of the fields in preceding rows I'm totally ...

  • CDATA not handled correctly

Against the Standard definition it seems InfoPath does evaluate CDATA values. I would expect: <contentBlock key=''testkey''> <iframe src=''http://a-URL.foo/default.hml'' name=''testframe''> ]]</contentBlock> in a text field to be shown as: <iframe src=''http://a-URL.foo/default.hml'' ...

  • Re: Search for one specific document?

AndersR, you have understood perfectly. I would love to see a more detailed description of your solution. We are currently using VB .NET so if you can provide some code in this language it would be greate. /Lars

  • Item limit in drop-down ?

I have a form with a drop-down list box that recieves data from a SharePoint library when the form is opened. All worked great at the start and the drop-down listed the requested field but when the number of items in the SharePoint library reached 100 the drop-down stopped listing new ones. Is there a limit of 100 items on the drop-down or is ...

  • Re: How can I get the Value from a SharePoint List?

Hi depending on what exactly you want to achieve you can approach this in two ways: if you just want to retrieve meta data from lists (eg tasks or similar) to populate a dropdown in a form, you can add the list as a secondary data source ( tools > data connections > add > recieve data > sharepoint library or list). These data can ...
