I want to know if its possible to copy the contents of 'Field A' into 'field B' after the submit button (to an SQL DB). So essentially, when the Submit button is pressed, the data that was typed into 'Field A' wiill also copy into 'Field B' ONLY is 'Field B' is NULL. If its not NULL, then it shouldnt copy over the new details.

What I am trying to achieve is, suppose 10 people fill out the survey form let say it called ''Customer Satisfaction Survey'' (created by InfoPath 2003) and then after 10 people fill out the form, then I can grab all 10 results and open it with Ms Excel to see the final result as a chart/graph...

Is there a reason why this does not work via rules applied to a repeating section? I have tried a rule on the repeating section (ie new inserts) to copy the value from the immediately preceding section related control to the related control in the new section. Using preceding-sibling the result always returns the original first row control ...

From which system you are loading webservice?
If you are loading other than webservice installed system,
you have to give webservice URL as ''http://systemxx/Infowebservice1/Service1.asmx?WSDL'',
this might be one issue,
other issue is,
May be you are giving incorrect webservice URl,

I think we figured out the problem...
the table that all this data is pulled from does not have a primary key specified. The item number field *has* to be unique, so I suggested that they make that their primary key.
