    Webservice won't load

I've created a webservice to submit data to an sql database.. but when I try to create an Infopath form and connect, I get the following errors:

Could not open 'http://localhost/InfoWebService1/Service1.asmx?WSDL' Infopath cannot find or cannot access the specified web service description Details: The file is not a valid XML file.
Not enough storage is available to process this command.

This has got to be something simple... but it has escaped me so far...
any help would be gratefully accepted.

    Hi,
From which system you are loading webservice?
If you are loading other than webservice installed system,
you have to give webservice URL as "http://systemxx/Infowebservice1/Service1.asmx?WSDL",
    this might be one issue,

    other issue is,
May be you are giving incorrect webservice URl,

    Thanks.

It's a local webservice.... located in the inetpub/wwwroot (I have IIS running on my workstation) so it shouldn't be an access issue. One other thing I did notice, when using the Visual Studio designer... I built the service, debugged and when I went to invoke the method, got a page not found error. Does this mean I'm not generating the XML it's supposed to have?

I had the same problem and same messages comming back... It turned out to be that my web service was usign the WORNG ASP.NET Version, I changed it to use the

correct one, 2.0, and all works fine now. You can do via the IIS management console

    Cheers

    Guillermo
