Adding the status to the filter on the XPath for a sum formula, for example, would look like: sum(xdXDocument:GetDOM("Callup_DC")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW[d:Vendor = current()/d:Vendor and d:ContractStatus != "Cancelled"]/d:TotalContractValue)

I'd guess the main data source is returned sorted on the ID or created date. I don't think there is any way for you to modify this default behavior. You can add formatting rules to most controls, so if you wanted to format a table row or repeating section instance you can.

So - I don't really have an answer to your question directly, but do have something you might try as a work around.... Is the data type of the field in InfoPath a number? If so, just promote the number, and add a calculated column that formats it as currency, then use that in your SharePoint Designer workflow?

Just the layout and behavior of the controls in the form. Do a quick experiment with a customized list form - set it up to manage multiple items, drag the repeating data group onto the form, select Repeating Section (with or without controls) for the control type. Then do it again and select repeating table. Repeating sections give you more layout ...

Oh, perfect, glad you found a way to get it to work the way you needed. Sometimes it just takes some experimentation! :-)

Oh how awful. SharePoint must be firing the rule on the section when you re-open. I'm not sure what else to suggest at this point - I'll have to try to find time to test some other options, but it may be early next week. Edited to add - you could maybe try adding a condition on the rule to only run if ID is blank.

I think if you save a list with a customized form as a template, that form will also be applied to any lists created from the template .... but that should be pretty quick to test. Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to publish a form to another list. There may be a way to do this in the source files - here's one blog post I found when ...

Yuck. I see that for me at least, the certs that I can sign a form with are in the personal certificate store. But if the cert dialog doesn't pop up at all, that can't be the issue. Want to email me your forms and cert and I can sign them for you and send them back? That would at least get you un-stuck. You can email me via the forum, ...

Right - that is what I was saying. The rules on a field bound to a multi-select won't run when you anticipate. I think it is because when you deselect, it is removing the node, not just clearing the field. I think using the rule on the field bound to the multi-select is not going to work, which is why I suggested an alternative - If you look ...
