Is that .xsn file open anywhere? Does anything have it locked? I don't recall running into this issue when using WordPrint, but then that was a long time ago. Perhaps removing and reinstalling it will help?

One way is to remove the default submit button and have a button in the view which does the submit and hide that button to people whenever you don't want them to submit the form.

One question -> why would an InfoPath solution with managed code require Full trust. It should work with Domain trust unless you are doing something specific that needs Full trust?

Yes you can have multiple cs files in a single InfoPath solution. But what specifically do you mean when you say code modules?

To print the InfoPath form correctly, limit the size of the section to be around 6.5 inches. This will print the width in a single page. What is the size of your table or the section in which your controls are present? You can reduce that width to get everything to be printed in a single page.

Do you see the validation errors before the checkbox is checked? If not then maybe you have a rule or code that sets the value of those other checkboxes when this checkbox is checked.
Do the errors go away when the checkbox is again unchecked?
