  • Unique number

I have a form and I need to have a unqiue number attached to that form when posting to a SharePoint from library. I think using the date/year/seconds would be perfect but the number seems too long. I have also tried the SharePoint ID but that didn't work out.  has anyone figured out a way yet?

  • Re: Making the first node in a repeating section read only

Also, I have just noticed that when the text field is read only it can still be deleted. Is there any way to stop users deleting nodes from the repeating but still allowing them to insert a new node?  I've seen a few things but these include coding and that is something I don't know much about.
