How to allocate two sections, one right next to the other (Horizontally) on a form

Greetings members of the InfoPathDev community,

I am new on sharepoint design. Could you please tell me if it is possible to move two sections in one horizontal position (One right next to the other)? also I have tried to reduce the size of the section and it only goes up to a certain size. Is there something preventing for me to reduce the section to a lower size?

Thank you, you response is certainl appreciated. - Cheche

You can use a layout table to arrange two sections side-by side.

To reduce a section to its minimal size, put your cursor inside the section and press delete and backspace a few times to make sure there aren't any extra line breaks in it.  Also open up the section properties and make sure that the height is set to "auto."  You may also want to change the padding and margins to 0 if it's still not tight enough for you.
