Error caused by too much date

I have an InfoPath form on sharepoint that is reading a list of addresses.  I have it set to autofill the address based on the site code.  The problem is I just got the list of sites and it is 33,000 sites.  This means the browser based form times out trying to load the data source.  The rest of the form still works fine even after the error, the addresses just never load.  The amount of sites is non-negotiable and they want the ability to have it autofill... any ideas?  I am pretty stumped here

Where are the 33,000 site located at? On sharepoint or as an XML file connected as a datasource?

They are in a SharePoint List Currently, although we recieved the list as an excel document.

Now just so that I understand what you are trying to do.

User opens the form and then enters in a code. Based on this code you want address information to autofill in other sections of your form, right?

Exactly Correct. I am accomplishing the autofilling with a rule on the Site ID Text Box.

Re: Error caused by too much date

Is this how you have it set up now?

Create a secondary data source to "receive" data from a "sharepoint library or list". Follow the Wizard, and make sure that on the screen after you select the list, that you choose the fields that you are wanting to display (address, city, state, ect) as well as the Code ID.

On the AddressText text box(es) add the rule to extract the address information for the Code ID entered in text box CodeID?

more or less.  The Rule is on the ID field and is set to set the values of the address boxes.  The issue isn't with auto-filling.  The issue is the Datasource won't load.  There is an error upon trying to access the data source (either upon form open or upon first attempt at accessing) and then the rest of the form works i.e. contact information (which fills from a different SharePoint list fills in fine).  And the form still submits fine and everything.  So the only thing not working is the abnormally large datasource.

I believe you could resolve this by setting up a connection to GetListItems to query only the relevant data, but it's a bit tricky from the looks of it.

Perhaps this blog post would help:

Thanks for the help, This does look a little beyond my abilities but I am more than willing to jump in over my head.  If I ever get it working/figured out I will post back here on my progress.

    Thansk again.
