InfoPath 2013 - Submit Error- Large File - QRules

    Hi,

We are having issues when a user tries to submit a large(94kb) InfoPath form. It says "sending data to server" for a couple of minutes and then times out. QRules is used for this form. Other smaller forms submit without any problems.

There are also other heavier forms that are only large due to attachments. Those submit without any errors too.

This particular problem form has huge amounts of data in repeating tables which submits to a list with the help of qrules.

Error message:The custom code in the form cannot be run. This functionality may be deactivated on the server. For more information, contact the server farm administrator.

I checked the correlation ID in the log files but there are no obvious errors.

But this form only fails in production. On the dev and staging servers the same large form submits without any issues.

Can someone give me ideas on what I can look for to fix this?  Thanks.

    For those tuning in:

I met with Raj and after inspecting the logs we found that the sandbox service was exceeeding its resources, perhaps because of the quantity of rows being submitted using SubmitToSharePointList. We increased the CPUExecutionTime and ProcessCPUCycles limits using the information on the following pages and that seems to have resolved the issue:
