InfoPath Dev

Need urgent help!!!

 Scenario: I have 2 sharepoint sites, locally hosted http://a.com and on the web http://b.com 2 different IP's, 2 different servers, different logins no link between the 2. As per the policy i need to keep a replica of the work done locally to the web as well, immediate changes reflection.

 The best possible scenario seems to be upon submission i want to be able to add the Form (same on both libraries) to be submitted to both the local and web based sharepoint sites.

 I am not good at programming, so i would need help here.

The following scenarios were checked,

1. submit to multiple libraries with data connection to a.com and b.com - did not work

2. Use the copy item function in sharepoint designer workflow, it can only copy locally within a site

3. Saving the site as template with contents and copying to the new site, this copies the forms and promoted fields however the issue we have is opening the form, even if the form is published again.

I would like to automate the process in such a way that if we update the local infopath form or add a new, the web based infopath form should also be updated and working.

Prolly i am going wrong somewhere.

Cross site connections are avaiable in InfoPath client, so for you scenario 1. if you open the form in infopath client it will get submitted to both the libraries without any problem

Thanks Qazi for your response. One question I have in mind is, do I need to publish the form on both the libraries(http://a.com and http://b.com)?

i am not sure about this, i guess not because anyways both the forms will be pointing to the same template (where the form originated from).

did you try making two different buttons?

submit to a.com = button 1 

submit to b.com = button 2

and yeah you should try publishing the template on both libraries. 

Try to set/create in the Rules create a two data connection and configure it in the rules.
