"Thanks for flagging this issue to us.  We're following up with the Microsoft Connect administrators to correct the problem with the form.

As for the second comment, the Technical Beta program noted above is a limited availability program that includes both client and server."

I had no idea that being accepted in this program also meant getting SharePoint 2010!  Wow.
