Thanks for the info.  We have some more 2007 licenses so I am going to upgrade my coworker and see if that solves the problem.  I appreciate the help!

She has SP1 for Office 2003.  Will SP2 help?  Is there anything else I should check for.  How do I run a repair in 2003, I've only done it in 2007. Thanks for the help!

Using my form I can submit to an Access DB just fine, however my coworker gets this error when trying to submit to the Access DB: InfoPath cannot connect to the data source. Class not registered The DB is in the same network location as the form and my coworker can open the DB.  The form and the Access DB are in 2003 format ...
