InfoPath cannot connect to the data source. Class not registered.

Using my form I can submit to an Access DB just fine, however my coworker gets this error when trying to submit to the Access DB:

InfoPath cannot connect to the data source.
    Class not registered

The DB is in the same network location as the form and my coworker can open the DB.  The form and the Access DB are in 2003 format since most of my coworkers use Office 2003, I use Office 2007.

    Thank you for any suggestions,

     Noah

Does your coworker have a fully updated system -- all patches and hotfixes? Have you tried running a repair on Office?

She has SP1 for Office 2003.  Will SP2 help?  Is there anything else I should check for.  How do I run a repair in 2003, I've only done it in 2007.

    Thanks for the help!

Well, I don't know if there were big changes between SP1 & SP2 for InfoPath, but you did mention that you have IP2007 -- did you design the form as being IP 2003 compatible? You can use the design checker to find out. Then you also need to save the template as an IP 2003 template. I don't think those things would cause this error, just things to keep in mind.

This link from MS KB suggests a Jet service pack for 'Class not registered' errors in Access -- may be worth a try:

Thanks for the info.  We have some more 2007 licenses so I am going to upgrade my coworker and see if that solves the problem.  I appreciate the help!
