One thing to try is to have a textbox that is hidden/read-only through conditional formatting when the dropdown is not equal to 'Strongly Disagree' or 'Disagree'. This is exactly what I am trying to do! But so far, the statement I managed to construct using rules only gets the first row. When you are submitting the form, change command of your dataconnection to insert values into DB. Now query the dataconnection. 3. Other things you can try is to write a stored proc to insert values to DB and set this as command to the secondary dataconnection and query the dataconnection. Sorry but can you explain a bit more about ... It takes the filled out form and saves the document to a sharepoint site, simple. I didnt use dataconnections except for the secondary sql datasources for dropdownlists. Now they added a new requirement that it has to be able to save the form data to SQL. Is there any easy way of doing this without ... Posted to SQL Database Integration (Forum) by whapakk on 11-17-2005 Data Validation Hi, can I restrict the user from submitting the form until all data validation(red dotted boxes) are corrected. The thing is, I have a single submit button that remains disabled until all required fields(red asterisks) are taken care of, but this doesn't ensure that there are no validation errors for all fields.
