Dear Experts,

I am trying to make a survey form...the shymptom is like this:

The question survey in the form will be:
"I am satisfied with current customer service."

then I provide the drop down menu/list contains: "Strongly Agree", "Agree", "Neutral", "Disagree", "Strongly Disagree".

If I select "Disagree" or "Strongly Disagree" then users MUST FILL their explanation on the "RICH TEXT BOX" on the next row/column, otherwise this "RICH TEXT BOX" will be bordered with the RED LINE...

How to do this please..???..Please help me...I have a sample dummy form which is ready to show you, BUT this form does not allow me to attach any files...So, I can send it through your email if you want..

Please help me...

One thing to try is to have a textbox that is hidden/read-only through conditional formatting when the dropdown is not equal to 'Strongly Disagree' or 'Disagree'.

If you will be using rich textboxes, you can make the rich text box be a required field by reading this:
