Yes, this is how the other user is editting the template but it's in read-only mode. I think I'm going to have her save to local and try to figure out how to republish, that's what I've had her try and it didn't seem to work in the past but today we've made a bit of progress. To the other person who responded to this post ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by Tibby08 on 11-26-2012 Another Sharepoint user can't edit the form library Infopath template I published. I've created a Sharepoint v4 form library and have then editted its template and published it. However, when a coworker of mine attempts to edit that template, she can only bring it up in "read-only" mode. I've tried giving her the same access as I have, it doesn't seem to resolve the issue. Thanks for the suggestion but that did not work - using a new library name to make sure the space is not at play: Sharepoint form library: http://sp4/sites/OTC/IPCtest/ InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error occurred while the form was being submitted. The form cannot be submitted to the following location: ... Am new to InfoPath, using 2003 creating a form with data connection to SPv4. A normal save works fine (well, guess it would because it doesn't use the data connection) but when I try to submit the form instead (hoping to create variable filenames based on date field and maybe some other field(s) to make the file name unique), am gettig ...
